Yes believe it or not in the coldest December on record, one of our residents has been without heating for 6 months, due to the incompetence of Pathmead and their contractor.
This despite bringing it once again to their attention some 6 weeks ago at a Saturday open repair surgery and receiving assurances that the matter would be put right without any further delay .
Luckily the tenant was able to go out and purchase 2 electric fires last week, while the incompetent Pathmead and their contractor fail once again to provide a decent service level to their long suffering tenants
Had this been been an elderly tenant who was not mobile, the fact fact is that there is a likelihood that they would have died from hyperthermia.
This from a company that falsely describe themselves as one of the largest social landlord, they do not know the true meaning of social.
