Local residents successfully oppose 3.00 extension by Jacks Bar

Residents from Syles House and Octavia Hill Residents today successfully opposed an application by Jacks Bar for a 3.00 am license.

During the hearing the applicant made an amendment to 2.00 am Friday to Saturday and 1.00 am Monday to Thursday.

The licensing committee decided that because of the likelyhood of increased noise and nuisance and the existence of the Saturation Zone to turn down thsi application
